Refund Policy for PitecHR

At PitecHR, we aim to provide a reliable and valuable HR management platform. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription-Based Service

PitecHR is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Once a subscription is activated, the service is considered delivered.

2. No Refund After Activation

Payments made for PitecHR subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription is activated, regardless of:

  • Actual usage or lack of usage
  • Early termination by the customer
  • Change of mind or internal business decisions

3. Trial Period (If Applicable)

If PitecHR offers a free trial or demo period, customers are encouraged to evaluate the platform during that time. No refund requests will be accepted after the trial period ends and a paid subscription begins.

4. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription
  • Incorrect charge due to a technical or system error

Any such refund will be:

  • Evaluated at PitecHR’s sole discretion
  • Processed to the original payment method
  • Issued after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction fees

5. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments processed due to auto-renewal are non-refundable.

6. Account Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of PitecHR’s Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.
